Everyone needs a form of therapy...
This is one of mine. When insomnia hits hard, or when I'm setting up lighting for a photo shoot, my head is the most available, so it always ends up in front of the lens.
To be honest, it's quite cathartic and really is helpful for when I'm directing someone else in the light.
