There is a lot of thought put into giving each image some perspective to fill in the background, and often it seems to go unnoticed.

Thanks for stopping by! Although you will see a strong representation of my physique and landscape work here, feel free to chat with me if you have a concept you would like to have me take on. My main focus lies in Human Potential, which translates to capturing dance, fitness, aerial dance, silks, trapeze, bodybuilding...and then there are times when I simply need a break from humans, so I disappear into the woods and do nature images. My first thought was Slippery When Wet! :-) Maggie -- And I agree, I have no idea what people read. I don't read when it seems like a copy of something from Wikipedia. The whole genus of a flower etc., but when it something that comes from the artist about how they feel about the image, the subject, how they were feeling when they did it, what inspired him/her to shoot. I always read that. I write my descriptions depending on what made me take the image, or emotions I am feeling, but never some long novella about the complete genetics of my subject. I know you didn't ask for that information, (lol) but when having a conversation we discuss, right? :-D Beautiful work, as always Monte! :-) Maggie

I love that!! YES to more discussions like this :) I always really enjoy a good peek in to Maggie's Mind ;) I try to keep a lid on some of the disparaging thoughts although they do poke their head out sometimes to be validated as real :D
