Description
With getting shut down for 2 months, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen and picked up some new interests.
One is making my own knives, another is creating art with a culinary bent.
It turns out that this skinning knife is amazing for all kinds of kitchen tasks.

Thanks so much Joan! I took it up during the ramp up to isolation, so I had a new thing to focus on in the garage ;) I didn't have time for boredom (made a dozen blades so far), but the frustration sure hit a peak! How did you do?
