A stunning display of human potential, Wendy Lindquist is a fitness trainer, bodybuilder, dancer, and former gymnast. She trains for aerial hoop & pole dance to round out her physical goals at Goddess Movement Dance Studio in Abbotsford and Chilliwack.

This scene was lit with 3 strobes to capture the detail of these positions as quickly as possible. As you can imagine, I have to move very quickly to catch each pose.
